As good as the original for less than half the price

My original is part of a VR setup and is difficult to remove, so I needed a spare power supply for my laptop. This product is as good as the original one and delivery was as stated.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

Purchased Dec.2019. Failed yesterday Apr.10.2020. Terrible.Used for MSI GE63 RGB 010. Not compatible. Wrong description.GE63 RGB 010 needs 230W not 180W. Hoping hard my laptop is not damaged.Horrific description. Terrible item.

got 6 months out of it, then it failed

I was using my computer this morning and i heard a pop come from this adapter followed by a burning smell. Sure enough, it was this thing catastrophically failing. Good thing I was home and using the computer, otherwise this thing might have burned my house down. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I should have just shelled out for the authentic one, from MSI.Last bits for would be buyers: it always got a little hotter than I was comfortable with, it never charged to full, and sometimes it would not even register that it was plugged in.
