I'm a senior learning how to swim and the first lesson I had water get into one of my ears and it felt terrible. The water came out fairly quickly but I experienced some discomfort for a few days. Used these today and no water in ear and no pain. I could hear my instructor perfectly. Going on cruise in March and want to snorkel with my granddaughter. These will help and with 3 pairs, she'll be able to use one as well.
