I bought this product because I was not sure what the best things were for me to care for my redwing boots. The kit has everything you would need, but it ends up being a waste to have this kit. For 40 dollars you pay for one or two things you won't need for your boots. It is a great deal if you need all of the items in the package, but you don't need them all.For instance, the boot cream is for a certain type of boot finish than the other two mink oils that are included with the kit. The rag is nice but a worn out t shirt will do the same thing. The brush is nice but you can get one for a couple of dollars that will accomplish the same thing. Save 40 bucks and just buy a brush, and the right cream or mink oil for your boot. It will cost you less than 15 bucks and you will have all you need. All I needed was either the all natural leather conditioner or the mink oil. They work just as good but the all natural will turn your brown boots a little darker. My pic will show how well it works. Found these boots in a shed covered in mold and rusted.

Great kit, only downsize is there is no actual leather cleaner. It’s just three different types of conditioner for different kinds of leather. That said, the brush is awesome and the mink oil is extremely water repellent

What was pictured & described as a "gift" box was not was what received. I received a brush & shoe polish in a baggy. Disappointed as was not worth $39.99 & is being misrepresented

Tried it out on my oil-tanned boots and it works great! I like vintage looking stuff and it gave it that new/vintage look. It does darken a bit but nothing major.
