BMW Iphone 4 Snap in adapter Bluetooth Only

This was an upgrade from my iPhone 3GS Snap-In Adapter in my 2009 BMW E83 X3.The 3G Snap-In Adapter required physical modifications to the Eject Box and the installation of the iPhone 4 Snap-In Adapter required further physical modifications to the Eject Box and Snap-In Adapter.But after extensive research I knew that before I ordered it. Once the modifications were performed the Snap-Adapter installed and works perfectly. I'm very pleased!If you have an older BMW do your research before you try this as it is NOT plug and play.

now there is a place where my iPhone 4s can sit in my 2012 320d BMW M Sport. they should have this factory standard though. charges my iPhone and at the same time gives it access to the antenna which boosts the signal. it looks in your phone so it won't be moving around in the center console. and it looks "techy"

I was looking for a smart looking way to charge my iPhone 4S in my BMW 3 series and also wanted to improve the phone's signal strength.Well, it charges the phone no problem, but the design is maybe a little 'clunky' and I can also see little, if any, improvement in signal strength now that the signal is coming through the car's shark fin. It is still early days, as I've only had this for a week, and i'm hoping this may improve (forever the optimist).It's very expensive for a bit of black plastic, but if you own a BMW I suppose you're already used to paying through the nose for stuff, so this won't be a shock to you.To summarise, if you just want to just charge your phone there are much cheaper ways of doing this, but if you want to furnish your BMW with a nice gadget (poser!) then this may be for you.

I bought this for my wife's new mini, it was very easy to install and setup. This in car hands free system is also trouble free for the user however it will only connect to 1 phone.

Doesn't work. Will charge phone ok but instructions indicate that bluetooth will be disabled once phone is plugged in and phone will connect directly to vehicle. This does not happen. Bit of an expensive phone charger!

Great piece of kit fits in seconds 100% safe to use whilst keeping phone topped up.
