Poor quality, no instructions, synthetic floss is very slippery
I learned to sew and embroider over 50 years ago and am now having vision problems with quilting so I thought I'd explore other ways to put stitching on fabric. This looked like a good starter kit from the description. But NO, this is very poor quality. Of the seven needle tips that are intended to use the same blue handle only 4 will stay on the handle and there is no way to tighten them down so toss those out. No instructions at all. The needle threaders in my kit had to be bent to get them to open so they could be used for threading. And all that floss is cheap synthetics. I did a burn test and got a hard plastic ball. It feels slippery and I'm sure it would be very frustrating to work with. I'll try the technique out with my own cotton floss and use the needles that are usable but boy was this a big disappointment. I wish I had gone with the clover one to begin with.

Didn’t work for me, but I’ve seen others use it???
Ok folks I have seen so many people do this, I know it can be done... BUT... is it on the right material? Is it with certain amounts of embroidery floss or brand? What circumstances does it need to be? I am holding the pen and dragging the pen the right way where the needle stays in the same direction, I’ve tried holding the loops and making huge loops... nope doesn’t work! And the truth is I have been doing embroidery for many many years. My oldest daughter wants one so I thought I would see if it worked first.

Not what I expected. Disappointed.
No instruc on how to use. Had to search for Video Tutorials on internet. Not what I expected. Basically you punch the thread in fabric. There is nothing keeping the thread in the fabric. Pro is if you mess up you just pull it out. Con is if you accidentally pull the thread it comes right out. No markings on needles to show how far you punched to be uniformed. Missed my return date by a day. So stuck with a something I will not use. Along with all the other items I bought for what I thought would be a new hobby. Would not recommend this particular punch needle item.

Has no instructions and I am not psychic
Looks too be good quality however I am rating 3 stars as it came with zero instructions! Clear plastic box mostly filled with the threads (not branded) and all the tools listed, how do I put the tools together? What sizes are what? I have no idea!

No instructions!
I gave this a 2 because there are no instructions and nothing to identify what all the tools are! I can’t use u-tube because the tools they use do not match what I have! I returned first order because I thot it was an error but 2nd order is same! Would not buy if u are new to this craft!

Feedback
Everything was perfect except that the barrels of the needles did not fit tightly.
