The media could not be loaded.  Don’t waste time and mostly important your money on this product. It isn’t worth the investment. The information isn’t correct on the page, like the battery set, the bottom that triggers the motor for the suction isn’t working properly and you loose control to start or stop the machine. I cut my thumb off trying by trying desperately to stop the machine.Not worth it!

First off this product does not require AA batteries but slightly larger C Cell batteries. You can get it to work on AA's as they are the same length but require some fiddling to get them to stay in place.Other than the battery size issue. The product does work, just not well. All of the parts just about fit insecurely with a seal at the top that falls off all the time.There are no instructions in the box, the telescopic pipe is hidden inside a tube and you need to submerge the pump section but no higher than the highest water line on the handle. I hope this helps any other buyer.The cleaner is not bad for £12 but its not good either. Just stick with a manual siphon unless you really want to suck up only tank waste and not do a full water change.

It does the job, but thr quality is so poor, feel like it won't last that long!

Lucky too get one star but I had too to right this, what a load of rubbish this product is put the batteries in today just makes an horrible rattling noise and doesn't work at all no suction. How do I message the supplier as its no use

D'aprés la description faite et la photo représentant un fil de raccord au secteur electrique, lorsque le produit livré, il ne fonctionne qu'avec 2 batteries (piles rondes), faible aspiration, difficulté de montage, des tubes qui ne tiennent pas, une faible elastique de maintien du sac de récupération des déchets, qui au bout de 4 utilisation se déchire ( et pourtant etant tres soigneux). Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit que je qualifie d'arnaque. Aubout de 45 jours d'utilisation le bouton pressoir d'alimentation ne joue plus son rôle de contact. Surtout ne pas acheter ce produit

Einfach nur schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen. Habe es umgetauscht und mein Geld bis heute nicht zurück bekommen

Pour nettoyé mon aquarium sans trop déranger mes poissons. Vraiment pas de bonne qualité, demander avec une prise électrique et reçue pour des piles. Fonctionne même pas. A vraiment pas acheter.

Produit non étanche. De plus, il fonctionne quand ça lui chante : il se déconnecte systématiquement.En effet, le compartiment des piles étant trop large et n'ayant rien pour maintenir les piles dans l'axe, l'appareil ne fonctionne qu'avec de la chance.
