The computer I recieved is in excellent condition. It was packaged very well with lots of padding and arrived right on timeThe speed is good. I have not tried any gaming yet but when I browse the internet the pages load instantlyThere were a couple very minor scuff marks which I expected from a refurbished computer. Other than that, you would have no idea it was not brand newThere are 6 usb ports so you can connect quite a few devices simultaneouslyThis computer comes with a keyboard and mouseI am very happy with this purchase

I could not think even of that how with such a few bucks, it is possible to get all the latest version of technologies as core i7 quad-core processor with 512 GB SSD, 8GB RAM, 3.0 USB (and more) --- and all other accessories included of high quality of a COMPLETE package of All-in-one!!! After placing order of this pc, I was in expectation of receiving some used product as it is described as 'Renewed', but after arrival and after using this continuously almost day to night of three consecutive days, I am being surprised consistently! This is the highest quality product with not a single sign of wear and tear!! No problem at all, simple and easy to set up! Best, best and the best quality product -- that's only to mention! No cons, only pros!! This came with a keyboard and mouse (wired) of standard quality that was not described.This is the update of my 5-star review, after finding the web-cam is uninstalled, though the monitor is having a nice camera with cover-panel. The web-cam device is totally missing from this all-in-one while renewing!!!I am removing now one star out of fives!

In an age when many only use their cellphones to surf, a good desktop all in one is very nice to use. I would be this again. My old laptop takes about 70-90 seconds to cold boot. This machine boots in under 10 seconds without breaking a sweat. A large SSD is so nice. 512 gb is more than adequate for me. The stand has a unique feature of changing height very easy and tilting as needed. The optical drive is on the right side and works very well. The wifi adapter does not have 5G, but seems faster than any of my other computers. Updates will be necessary once you get in running, but that is normal. Not disappointed that I bought this. I believe this unit is designed for commercial / military specs as it is very well built.

Arrived with broken stand (which still works, but red clamp is gone and I suppose it will eventually fail).Company responded immediately that a replacement would be forthcoming--but it did not arrive, ever.

Solid All in One for a business setting. SSD hard drive, Extremely fast and looks like it is easy enough to upgrade.
