L'Occitane Men's Reinvigorating Cade Shower Gel for Body & Hair, 8.4 Fl Oz

I've been looking for AGES for a masculine smelling shower gel that smells natural and is not overpowering. This product hit the nail on the head with a sledge-hammer. It's VERY affordable and smells incredible. It's like a woodsy with hint of citrus scent. Of course products react different with each person's own body chemistry but for me it smelled great in the shower and then leaves a subtle pleasant masculine scent that lasts all day. People need to get close to catch a whiff, which can be exactly what you're looking for ;). I'd definitely say this is an alluring and can't reinforce enough that it's MASCULINE. I hate powdery/sweet scents for men (to each their own). Finding this for me was like the holy grail, great price and great product, enough said! I just hope they never discontinue it.

I've been trying out new body washes and thought with this price it would justify the small size.It's an alright product but I'll keep looking for something else. It smells good in the shower but if you use anything else like a face wash, it diminishes a lot after drying off and quick into the day. I've also noticed it doesn't lather an awful lot, so you have to use a good bit of it on a pouf especially if you're a bigger/taller guy like me with more surface area. So it goes quickly. I'd look for something else personally.

love this product. I purchased this as fathers day present for my dad tho. He is HARD to buy for and because I love this so....and it is not a flowery scent. I thought would be perfect gift for him too. He seems to enjoy it as well! tip to ladies. I originally got this as a gift from a female friend. I probably would not have purchased this for myself but after using one bottle....I was hooked. Great gift idea for your guy cuz we appreciate this stuff too....even if we don't always go out and buy it ourselves.

If you want to smell like a new piece of furniture or new car interior...then this is for you! I like leather but I do not want to smell like it. I was hoping for a musky/spicy/woodsy masculine smell. It lathers up nice and is a high quality shower gel...but the smell of this particular product has forced me to put it back into the cabinet until I run out of something more favorable.

I've been looking for a luxurious shower gel for awhile. Pair this up with a pouf in the shower and a little goes a long way and lathers nicely. The smell.....holy crap the smell. It's crazy good. It's extremely masculine and lasts well past the shower. I'll use just regular old bar soap to get thorough, then finish off and scrub this amazing smell into my skin before I turn the water off.I've got the cologne of this too now, and have received compliments from a few women and even a couple coworkers...makes you feel like a million bucks.

Very nice. Rich earthy notes of juniper, which is the basis for the Cade collection. Personally I prefer the L'OCCITAN collection scent over Cade but Cade is quite nice indeed.

Smells like a bar of cheap hotel soap. Better not use it before you see your girl; she'll accuse you of cheating on her with a chippie down at the local "no-tell motel". But being that the scent is gone by the time you step out of the shower, perhaps you don't have anything to worry about after all. Lathers terribly, so you wind up using way more than you should. For all of this, you would think at least your skin would feel nice and clean when you are finished, but...no more so than the aforementioned disposable hotel soap. For the price-point ($20), there are a ton of better shower gels that allow you to lather better, smell better, and clean better while being much more economical, as you need considerably less product to do so.Trust me, you don't need this....you don't want this. Save your money.

Been using this for years, very sorry that L’Occitane has discontinued this great product. I have one more Cade left, and have been searching the internet for more. I have noticed that on the black market they are asking $50
