I've been killing myself for the past 4 years on my hobby farm. I've watched my body deteriate and my energy level disappear.I knew I was missing something from my diet, but until now, haven't found anything that really made a difference.I don't mind the smell, tastes better than a shot of tequila, nobody complains about that. My wife does gag when I open the bottle though. - meaning the nv, not the tequila. The tequila just turnes her into a nutcase.Anyway, it works awesome. That's my story.

I have been using this for a few years and love it. When ever I lapse in use my hair dresser ask what have I being doing differently to my hair because it because dull and breaks easily.The taste is decent for a vitamin. I don't wish I could sit an sip on a glass full but two cap fulls go down easy and I don't have to brace myself to take it. My favorite part is that it uses Methyl B12 which is hard to fine. That is the best form to take,especially if you are B12 Def. Most supplements use Cyno-B12.Great product. Will def continue to use.

This is my new favorite vitamin supplement. Has everything I need to be taking, pleasant taste, organic and no sodium benzoate as a preservative. This was a biggie for me after I did some research and found that sodium benzoate in combination with Vitamin C becomes carcinogenic. Check the labels on your children's gummy vitamins.

I have been studying nutrition for 20 years and a few years ago discovered Natural Vitality Liquid vitamin. I love that it is made from "organic" food! Vitamins that are not made from food, are made in a laboratory from guess what?...chemicals! And, the fact that it is in a liquid form makes it much easier for the body to absorb. But the most outstanding thing is that it includes Amino Acids which are the "building blocks" of life itself! No other vitamin that I know of includes that. I am shocked by the comments about the taste! I find the taste perfect! There is just one thing that I would like to mention to the company, and that is that I wish they would include vitamin K2 which is the partner for vitamin D3 working together to direct the calcium from the blood into the bone so that it does not collect in the arteries. I make sure that I take that separately. I not only purchase it for myself but other members of my family and some friends also. They all feel the healthful benefits of it.

I purchased back in July 2019 and still have half the bottle, though that may be more so because I stopped taking it than it lasts long. It seems like a good value for the money though, if you can stomach taking it and remembering to take it since you have to keep in the fridge. I suffer from multiple issues that leave me with low energy and was hoping a liquid whole food vitamin would absorb better and help with them, but I didn't notice any difference. When I just take my iron I notice a difference in energy levels in 2 weeks. This does not contain iron if I recall, but my point is I get more from that than this multi vitamin when I was taking it faithfully.I really love that this is made with whole foods and I respect they don't use any nasty synthetic preservatives, but unfortunately the inconvenience of taking it and the fact I didn't see any health improvements makes this a no go for me. I'll stick to chewables/gummies.

Best multi vitamin I have tried, hands down. Organic ingedients, no gmo, mercury or other weird stuff. Folks, PLEASE read the ingredients, there are some really bad products out there. This vitamin is over rda for many like D3 and C and has amino acids,as well. Great bang for the buck and good taste, too. I' m sending a bottle to my daughter.

Okay, so I have been using this product for almost one month, along with Wellesse Liquid Iron. I have crashing fatigue from adrenal fatigue as well as hormonal issues, and have been working to find a protocol that works for me that doesn't involve me taking a million capsules every morning--I hate pills for some reason and never stick with a pill regimen. So i decided to find some things I could throw in my morning smoothie. Keep in mind, this product does Not. Taste. Good. No sirree bob. Read what you will here, but it's an extremely vitamin-y taste, sharp and acidic like super concentrated orange juice mixed with a big ole smelly vitamin pill. BUT. I have to say, there have been some positive changes in my energy level from taking this, along with the liquid iron. I missed one or two days and by around 1 pm, I knew it. I was definitely less tired on the days I took it, no nausea or stomach upset at all either. I highly recommend this produc.t

When my husband and I were in our early 50's we started to have hip pain when getting out of the car. Within a day of drinking this vitamin, the pain vanished! Plus a boost of energy as well. I'm in my mid 60's and notice if I miss a day or two, my body slows down and it's harder to run up the stairs at work. I feel very alive and healthy when I take these vitamins. Really, good food suppliments, food that I don't normally have time to incorporate into my diet. All I know is that when I take this on a regular basis (mix it with juice, or blend with your health drinks, if you take it like a shot, it's not bad, you kind of get use to it) You will feel healthy and want to be more active. For me, the test was the stairs at work. I still run up those stairs without gassing out. They used to have this in capsules which was much easier to take especially when you are on vacation. I hope to find them in pill form again, but in the mean time, just 2 caps in 8oz of juice. Seriously people, I worked in a very public place where all my co-workers would get sick except me. I turned a few on to this vitamin and it made a difference. Most people don't eat right, this just makes sure that you do.
