I really like this hat, because in the freezing weather my head felt warm and snug.

So first up the hat is lovely and well made. But despite the measurements it was far too small which was frustrating. But what made me angry was returning it cost us and tracked to Holland where it needs to go costs nearly £9.... I would like to swap it but at that cost I won't botherRevised to a 1 star. Be very very careful of this trader. I returned the hat at my expense luckily tracked. Now the trader is trying to charge me again for the cost of return and is saying it hasnt been returned despite the tracking saying it was with them for over a week
