Very comfortable chair. The chair is a little tough in a few steps to put together.

For the money I expected something more comfortable honestly. After using it daily for about a month the seat wasn't as comfortable, like it got packed down and became harder. The chair seems to sit forward slightly instead of flat so it feels like I'll slide out of it almost, not horribly bad but enough to notice. One of the wheels broke after 2 months so I ordered roller blade style wheels to replace the original ones. I have 2 ruptured and herniated discs and I bought this chair based on the reviews that were good at the time but it's about as comfortable as the one it replaced that was almost 10 years old. I'll probably end up just saving my money and getting something in the $200 range next time.It's now the beginning of April and the chair leans to the right like the support has bent. I'm only 225 so it shouldn't be from me. Highly don't recommend this chair based on my own experience.

The chair itself is nice and comfortable and supposed to be rated for 400 lbs however the casters are useless and broke in less than a month, i do not exceed the weight capacity by any means if you buy this chair do yourself a favor and order a set of nice casters.

**UPDATE**Their customer service was very helpful and sent me a new chair in a very timely manner. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the initial issue with the first chair. If it wasn't for the initial defect I received, this would easily be a 5 star review.The chair is comfortable and has great back support, however I have only had the chair for four months and it has already broke on me. I simply leaned back and one of the side pieces snapped in half. I only weigh 190 lbs so this definitely shouldn't have happened. I have e-mailed Topsky's service department and asked them to send a replacement piece. We'll see what type of customer service they provide and then I'll update my review accordingly.I had spent the extra money for this chair so that I can have it for a few year. In comparison, the office chair my girlfriend purchased for under $100 has not had any issues.

No mention that the bottom leg part easily falls out. Happened to me, broke one caster. Hard to insert and secure the screws for the high and heavy back. Have ordered new casters and still need to insert and secure one screw for the back. Chair seems comfortable, height adjustment works smoothly. Like that the armrests can be lifted and push chair under a desk when space is important. Die brown color looks good.

I bought this chair for my wife and we did not realize the pattern of the chair. It was a great surprise because she love the patter and it matches her cat

Actually returned. I am 5’ 8” and the back is too tall for me! The neck part faces down forcing my neck to always be looking down! This was the main reason for return! I has so much pain in my neck and shoulder.When I first got the chair I couldn’t get the wheels to even move across my tile floor without giving it a good effort with my feet. The wheels did not roll, they just drug along the tile. The company did send me a nice upgraded set of wheels after I sent them an email directly.

I like this chair. It is very comfortable.
