Was exactly what I wanted and expected.I have recently tried my hand at making Indian dishes and having perfected them yet but the spices above recommended have definately made my dish taste great. There is no sodium content and the mixture of spices are delicious and fresh.

Nice tang
Nice flavor . I've never used it before so I have no comparison reference but I used it in my first homade tandori chicken recipie, which was a huge success. I blended with Kashmiri and several other spices and it tasted great!

Small print under caption...bark chips
Very weak cinnamon bark bits aroma. Useless in any culinary capacity. Ground store cinnamon is a better bet. Not trustworthy seller. Descriptive advertising as a whole cinnamon stick...surprise....bark chips.
