Intex Oasis Island

I use this almost every weekend, I tow it with a paddle raft to the middle of the lake, ive had 3 to 6 adults on it, thoughonce in a while if you slouch you slide off the seats, but I found the more air I add to it the better the seats accommodate. because of the design I noticed the sides to climb in are flimsy, however as a swimmer and diver I like this, literally takes no energy to get in. don't like the cup holders, wasted a few drinks, and I just bought a floating cooler, because you can not carry a regular sized cooler with out it tipping, all easy fixes if you don't mind accessories. over all, it does not leak, (surprised because ive really aired this thing a few times) if you buy paddles it moves around the lake pretty good, and don't forget the life jackets just in case your craft gets attacked by a shark !!!! or ferocious guppies...…

bought this to use for a family vacation.. It doesn't seem to be super airtight and if used a lot with kids bouncing all over it it does seem to lose a little air but will last for the day without issue. Also I will agree with other reviewers about the blow up time... until we learned that a small leaf blower will fill this baby up in under 8 minutes. The only major problem we had with this item is that the rope it came with unraveled and we lost our anchor, so def look into a better rope. Lots of fun.

Comfy! Yet, when we get it in the water the cool water causes it to deflate a bit, as inflatables do. So, when sitting on the long bench side, it's difficult to remain seated, without sliding into the middle mesh area. The rope ladder is a joke! Best to slither in over a middle side, into the mesh area or get in in shallow area. The rope ladder has nothing to stabilize against, so it goes right under the float. Once everyone is in we have a very fun, relaxing time in this float. It's well constructed & the anchor works well in still water. We're going to try it tomorrow on the river - floating down the river - not rapids.

I always read reviews. Why didn't I follow them on this? It's a piece of junk. I purchased it over a month ahead for a 3 yr old's birthday party. We didn't open it & air it up until the day before (I knew the plastic stretches overnight & we'd have to air it up again). One side was flat the next morning and every time we aired it up, it went flat again. I contacted the seller and got no satisfaction as their return policy is 30 days. I had it over 30 days but had not even opened the box. Now I'm out my money and a float for the grandkids.  Intex Oasis Inflatable Island Seats 4 People with Mesh Floor and Step Ladder .Update: The seller contacted me because of my review and offered to send a patch kit, which they did. The product is still junk but the seller tried to make amends. There are so many areas that this think is leaking from, I still don't have enough patch.My recommendation: If you purchase from this seller, open the product immediately to make sure its ok.

We got this raft to take on vacation at the lake. When we opened it, we were suprised at the size of it. My daughter had a portable air compressor, but it took a long time, We did note a slow leaking on the arm chair side, but that was about it. Did not stop our fun, and definately was worth the money spent.

Took this down the river this past weekend and LOVED it! I've wanted something like this for a while and last week the price was right. Had 4 adults and two large coolers on it - We had plenty of room for more. I've always been a fan of the Intex brand for our local river- it's got a lot of low spots and potential poking debris. This held up extremely well - so many compliments from others on the river.

We really like it! its a fun place to hang out in on the lake! Easy to get in off the dock. A little more challenging to get in out of the water.

Took this out for Memorial Day weekend... within 30 minutes the float was taking on water. I have requested to return the item.Return was accepted, but they made me cut up the raft and send pictures. I understand they don’t want to be scammed, but it was a hassle. I added an additional star because they allowed me to return the item.

We love ours and have great fun in it, can hold lots of adults. However our puppy chewed up the plug cap and I was wondering if anyone would know where I can get a new one?

price of product was on the box and it had holes… worst product i’ve ever bought.

I know, I know... you get what you pay for. The Intex Oasis Island has been loads of fun at the cottage, but it didn't survive two summers of use. And by two summers I mean a total of about two weeks of use by adults. Within days, a major seam was leaking. The dealer very nicely sent me a patch kit which worked nicely. But this summer the bottom floor has torn out. The challenge next summer will be to see if I can reattach it. If I can't, it's back to inner tubes. Sigh. However, the Island was fun while it lasted. Some wonderful time spent bobbing on the cool water, sun beating down, beer in hand, contemplating life and enjoying the company of friends.
