Twelve South Almost Hit a Home Run!
I purchased this case because I really liked the one I had on my iPhone 5. The thing that appealed to me most about the new case is the removable shell that holds the iPhone. I feel much safer now that I don't have to pull out the entire folio with my id and cards when I want to use my phone. The leather material is very high quality, and the shell that holds the phone is quite sturdy. It was very easy to remove & replace the shell with my phone inside. I put the case on my desk to remove the phone instead of trying to remove it while holding the folio in my hands. The cutout for the camera is in just the right place and leaves ample room for taking photos without getting in the way of the iPhone camera lens. Some people complain about the BookBook adding bulk to the phone...it does. But that's to be expected with a folio style wallet. That said, you can see from the pictures below that the folio is still a lot smaller than the average lady's wallet. I could fit my iPhone with the BookBook on it inside the wallet that it's replacing. So it still has a MUCH smaller footprint than I'm used to.There are 5 slots for your cards and ID. There's also a place to put money under the cards, but it will not fit a full-length bill. I had to fold down the top end of the bill down 5/8" to make it fit. That's still less bulky than having to fold your money in half, especially if you carry several bills. There are three issues with the new BookBook that may be problematic for some users. First, you have to put the phone down with the camera side facing up to prevent it from gaping open when all the card slots are full. I had the same issue with my Bookbook for iPhone 5 but that resolved with use. I expect the same with this one. Another potential problem is that the iPhone shell doesn't provide protection for the buttons on the phone. The corners of the phone are well-protected, but the top and bottom are not which makes those areas vulnerable to damage. Lastly, there is no closure to keep the folio closed if placed in a briefcase or purse during transport. That could make the iPhone screen prone to scratches by keys or other hard objects in your bag. The last two issues I mentioned aren't major problems for me because I put my iPhone inside a pocket in my purse that prevents any damage.Overall, I'm very happy with the new BookBook for my iPhone 6+. It's by far the best folio I've ever owned. The removable shell is an awesome addition that makes the case more user friendly. The three issues I mentioned are not significant enough for me to subtract from the rating. That said, I just wish there was a holster that worked with my iPhone in the BookBook shell so I could avoid having to take it out to put in a different holster when I'm exercising. My only other other recommendation to 12 South would be to offer the case and shell in different colors.I highly recommend the BookBook for iPhone 6+ if you're in the market for a folio style wallet case. It's very sturdy and made of quality materials that should last the life of your phone.4/16/2015 Update: I'm deducting 1 star from my rating and changing the title of my product review due to a significant flaw developed that over time while using this case. The credit card slots become very loose as the leather breaks in causing one's cards to fall out. That's a significant problem given you might not realize you lost a card or two until it's too late. Luckily there was an honest person in line behind me that saw my card fall out and returned it to me. This wasn't a problem with my BookBook for iPhone 5. I recommend Twelve South review this matter and redesign the case to fix this loose card slot problem.

Perfect Leather Case for Iphone 6s Plus, thin profile, sturdy protection, loads of storage
I was worried this wouldn't fit in my pocket, and if it were any larger, it probably wouldn't, but thankfully it fits in the right front pocket of every pair of pants/shorts I own. When I owned a BookBook for my iPhone 4s, it barely stayed closed with cards/ID/money, and felt extra thick and bulky in the pocket...plus the dollar bills didn't fully hide behind the card/ID slots...which made it so the wallet wouldn't stay closed with more than 10 dollar bills in it...Because the iPhone 6s plus is larger, the dollar bills (folded in half) completely hide away behind your cards/ID...basically you have more surface area for the cards and money to 'flatten out' into so it doesn't feel like a bulky leather brick on your thigh...it actually looks and feels a lot like a heavy checkbook...so I wouldn't count on the disguise fooling anyone interested in stealing something, but it definitely looks and feels a more like a phone case for adults. I definitely couldn't be happier with the product. The new removable shell is easy to snap on, secure, sturdy, while still being easy to remove for cleaning...there are six 'smart slots' that secure the shell to the wallet which allow for quick removal, as well as the 'kickstand' configuration...The six 'smart slots' might take a little getting used to, but just follow the instructions and you'll get used to it within minutes.I know there are lots of similar cases available for less money, but in a side by side comparison its pretty obvious the BookBook delivers more value...try ordering a handful of the cheap wallet cases (hopefully with decent return policies) and compare it to the BookBook...thank me later ;)

Great product, but begins falling apart much too quickly for my liking.
I had the original BookBook for iPhone, but after a while that case became very flimsy and began falling apart. The subsequent versions were not as aesthetically attractive so I passed, but this one caught my eye!Pros: Very sexy and eye-catching. I've started a trend amongst friends and coworkers it seems.- The new, smooth (yet with great grip), and protective pull-out case is just genius!- The addition of more card spaces is great!- Amazing feature of functioning as a stand! So cool :)Cons: Sadly, there are a few.- To begin, the black pull-out case peels very quickly, revealing a shiny, glossy layer below... Good thing I keep it in the wallet case the majority of the time. Still, would have liked it to have had a more durable finish.- The stitching has began to come apart, much like the original BookBook of many years ago. This is sad. Twelve South, have you not noticed this yourselves? I don't see how you haven't, and in turn have not addressed this. I am including pictures so you can hopefully see for yourselves.- If you use every pocket with cards, and then add just a few neatly folded bills, the case becomes pretty bulky. This has to do with the ends of the cards overlapping towards the middle and bottom of the case. I've quickly adjusted and unconsciously place bills up top to compensate.- The I.D. slot is a bit too big. My card wiggles around a good amount. Would like a more firm hold. Are different states' driver's licenses really that much different in size? Disregard if that is true.

... quality built and stitching is very on point and beautiful. The case fits very tight and snug in ...
Everything about this case is written as "Quality assured" because the quality built and stitching is very on point and beautiful. The case fits very tight and snug in the snap case, and the quality and sturdiness is definite. Only small complaint I have is probably the slots for cards on the left side, it's kind of loose when I put my cards and I only put one card per slot, however I can work around that, just don't want to be dropping anything important without knowing. Overall the product is perfect and superb and I definitely buy this case again, mostly in a different color.

Worth serious consideration....
My second Book Book - a bigger one for a new phone. It is beautifully designed, well made and nicely presented. It holds the phone securely and offers excellent protection. The real quality only starts to show after a few weeks. Initially it looks a little too 'new' but gradually wears to look like a favourite hard back book - something you might carry everywhere - which you do!A couple of minor design issues - I would like it to have been just a little larger to accommodate more cards horizontally and a little more cash without bulging. My first one took a fair beating over two years - it stood up well but started to fall apart in the final few weeks. Like many people this is both my smart phone and wallet - it goes everywhere and is in constant use - it needs to be tough!

Great Look - Very Practical - Not Long-lasting
This Twelve South BookBook was bought for our Plus model. It looked great on purchase and offered the wallet all in one but it wore terribly. After a mere 4 months the coating on the black plastic was peeling and the clear plastic window for ID yellowed (note I do not smoke nor anyone in my household)Twelve South were contacted and they issued a replacement but the same happened and for the price I would not recommend this.

Nice case!
This wallet case is perfect for my iPhone 6plus! It has protected it from a few falls too! The clear pouch on the inside is perfect to he my ID as well as other slots for my debit and credit cards. The only issue I've had is that some threads have popped out which I've had to clip off.
