I have had this for 10 weeks and there is a huge black spot and lines on the screen now. There is no website for the manufacturer and no way for me to contact them.Update: I contacted EUG through the Amazon program and they troubleshot the situation and concluded that we needed a new LCD screen and a fan. They sent both items to us and it arrived within two weeks. Using the video and pdf that EUG provided as a guide, my husband was able to replace both parts easily. The projector now works like new. We will adjust our viewing habits to not use it more than a few hours a day. It is our primary television. I didn't give the full five stars because this is the most fragile projector that I have owned and I do not think that purchasers are made adequately aware that too frequent use will burn out the LCD screen. We have to change our viewing/gaming habits now as a result of the projector's limitations. So, in the end, it's a good projector for the price. It is not for heavy use.

No connectivity. Complicated instructions to synchronize device wirelessly.

In the beginning by having an issue with the signal finally I figured out the signal problem other than that it was pretty good

Had issues with certain features not working. Spend more and go for better name brand.

I returned it because the remote and apps were almost unusable. Extremely frustrating to navigate. Kept crashing.
