Transformers Prime First Edition Starscream
This is one bad____ toy. Starscream has been one of my favorites for a long time but this is my favorite incarnation thus far. This figure is just about perfect. There's a couple things that could have been improved but overall I give it a 9.5 out of ten. Now onto the good stuff. We'll start with vehicle mode. Starscream transforms into a modified F-16 Fighting Falcon. Vehicle mode looks really good. Very sturdy. Nothing is going to pop out on you easy. Paint looks great. There's a lot of kibble underneath but there's really nothing you can do about it unless starscream was a leader class. Also Starscream has a set of cluster missiles that can detach and be stored on his arms in robot mode. They're made of soft pvc plastic so no worries about sharp solid plastic for the little ones.overall he looks really good in alt mode.Transformation is fun. I love transforming starscream back and fourth. It's very simple. Anyone above the age of five should be able to do it.Robot Mode...Wow. Very Very screen accurate except for one thing. His antenna isn't painted red.Just a little thing but not really a big deal. The other thing that kinda bugs me is the missile set. Starscream only has One single missile in robot mode on each arm. Well...now he has three on each arm. I wish they could have release single missiles but due to scale I guess Hasbro had to bump it up to three missiles. Again this isn't really a big deal. Starscream is very poseable. Easy to stand. I know a lot of people that have problems getting him to stand but I seriously have not had one issue. Its just a matter of making sure his "toes" are level.Im really happy with this starscream. Hasbro did a fantastic job. Keep a look out for the powerizer starscream. It's going to be even better!

Awesome toy, awesome company!
This is a late review, but I enjoyed ordering. But, I feel like I have to explain the entire situation though. When the package initially came, I received a FE Arcee instead. I didn't really want to bother with trying to return the package since my free time is so limited with my current job. I still emailed ToyArena and explained to them what happened. The response was really quick and they handled the situation so well! They sent the correct figure and even allowed me to keep Arcee as well. Now onto the figure itself.I really, really loved it more than I thought I would. Its posing is really awesome and nearly any type of pose is possible with it.The transformation between bot mode and vehicle mode is surprisingly simple even though it looks complicated on the instructions. Starscream looks really show accurate. Well....except for that nosecone on his back. I really wish there was a way to fold it back and keep it from showing. The only problem I have with the figure besides the nosecone is his heels. They do usually keep him balanced, but it you don't have them folded right, he will keep tipping over. I've been trying to experiment with the best way to keep Starscream from falling over. But I still recommend this figure, even if Starscream isn't a show favorite for you!

Pretty much Starscream
This is a surprisingly accurate depiction of the Prime version of Starscream. I say 'surprisingly' because honestly I don't know how they managed to do it. The designs of the show are VERY hard to interpret in toy form, and likely even harder to make an accurate transformation gimmick with. However, he does his job nicely, and aside from some kibble parts on the back that don't QUITE fit together as well as I'd like, it's really not a huge issue. The only accuracy issue I see aside from that is that his head 'fin' is grey, not red, but this was an easy fix.I feel this toy might be a bit geared towards Starscream fans rather than they average child, as the toy doesn't really have any of the usual Transformer Toy standbys. No launching mechanism, no 'pop-out' blade features, or any other spring-loaded parts that they could have fit in. His missiles just plug into his arms and look menacing. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I think it's a nice gesture to of made. I also find it hilarious how a 3in jet mode can become a 7 inch tower of a figure. This guy is TALL, fittingly so. And of course, you can get him to crouch down and bow so he can make rather show accurate poses. His Durability is rated a three only because each time I transform him, a leg pops off. I just keep him as a robot to avoid this.Bumblebee figures litter the shelves, for good reason. They don't do anything new. Starscream and Arcee both are unique figures that are worth their price point, even online. Just don't pay too far over 15 dollars for this guy (Although at his height he's basically a Voyager class figure anyway). I'll be interested to see if any 'second' or later editions of Starscream add anything, because I'd like to see what else they could possibly do to improve this figure.
