They sent the wrong one at first, so I have to return and wait for a replacement. It is of good quality and fits my 2024 Rubicon 4XE. The installation process is quick, and it may take around 5 minutes. You need a bicycle lock, which is optional if you want it secured, but not necessary. As a whole, it looks good.

Very easy install, exactly as pictured, and perfect fit (Wrangler JL 2019 255/70 R18). Not only did it elevate the overall look of the truck, but most importantly it did not obstruct the rear camera view. Followed the video instructions and also purchased the lock. Very pleased.

We purchased this for our 2020 Wrangler Altitude edition. It fits the 32” tire perfectly. It’s a bit tricky to line up and wrap the leather around the tire, but once its on it’s secure. We followed the video instructions to remove the camera casing and have the camera fit inside the included rubber support. Unfortunately as its a tight fit you do see the edge of the rubber in the rear camera display which is a bit annoying and somewhat restricts the view. It’s not a deal breaker but would have been better if you could still see the entire view.

I bought this tire cover because there was nothing else on the market like it. When it arrived, I installed it on my 2020 JL. Every time I put my car in reverse it instantly started constantly beeping with no obstructions in the way. The tire lock was on the top left position like in the instruction video. I reseated the tire cover multiple times and was unsuccessful with getting the tire cover to not cause my car to continuously beep when putting the car in reverse. I loved the tire cover and did not want to send it back. So as a last effort I reached out to Boomerang via their website. I used the chat option and was surprised someone answered me at 10:30pm. I got Chris, and Chris asked that I call him the next day to try to figure out the issue. Chris was awesome to say the least! He verified that the tire cover was properly placed around the camera. Chris then noticed that the cover was bunching up a bit toward the bottom where the two ends meet. After straightening out the wrinkles at the bottom of the tire cover it resolved the issue. Chris was a life savor as I did not want to send the tire cover back. Moral of the story: If you have a 2020 JL or wrangler in general and have this problem straighten out the bottom of cover where the two ends meet. Make sure there are no wrinkles and that should fix it. I’ve been backing up my vehicle for 4+ days now without a problem.

I you have Wrangler with a rear camera this is the cover to get. I have used the no camera cutout ridge covers on several other vehicles. These covers hold up well and are lot easier to maintain and remove if needed. This one with the camera cutout is the perfect fit for the Wrangler.

The rear camera view is cut. Prior to installation, we could see the hitch, after installation, couldn't see it. It was the problem I had seen others have, but claimed there was a newer version that fixed the viewing issue. I had high hopes this problem would be fixed, as others said their customer service was great. It is extremely difficult to install it wrong. I called their customer service and after being treated like an idiot, they said they would call me back. They never did and we returned it. Save your money and buy something else.

Don’t buy this cover. The backup camera is obscured as the cover expands and contracts in hot and cold weather. It looks great but needs to be reengineered.
