I was able to install and program fairly easily. It helps if you have two people: one person on a ladder to press the program button on the genie garage door unit and one person to program the door code opener. It took a few tries since we were programming the door opener remote, code panel, and we had to reprogram our original opener remote. It seems a bit finicky when you are programming multiple things at once, but if you keep trying it seems like it eventually works.The remote buttons on the provided remote don't provide a lot of tactile feedback; it seems like the button might be pressed easily if you leave it in your purse. I was hoping to attach it to my keychain but it's a bit bulky and I'm worried about the buttons getting pressed when my keys are in my purse.

We had a keypad from 2015 that needed replacing and always wished we had another "clicker". This is the same model number but our old ones did not have the "R" in the model number. These were compatible with our door Genie opener and had easy to follow instructions for our opener and also older models. We followed the instructions and both worked the first time with no problems!

Bought a wall mounted garage door opener and it only comes with one remote so I bought this pack . The extra remote for my wife and the key pad is great for the kids and when I’m outside and decided to get something from the garage but don’t have my car keys with me.

A little pricey but they work great and easy enough that the wife was able to install them

This product was simple to install and program with our garage door opener. We put the garage opener into "learn" mode, and was able to easily sync the opener with the remote

This worked perfectly with my Genie garage door opener, pairing was easy it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I also like the quality of the keypad. I had a keypad with a different brand where the hinges broke and the plastic was just garbage. The genie keypad has a heavy plastic feel so it just feels more substantial and opens and closes very smoothly. I like it very much.

Even though this is the replacement for the older models, the screw holes does not match as the older ones. This one had much closer holes. Except for that, the product works like a charm. I was able to program the first door without any issue in seconds. But I had some challenges programming the second door. Still not able to figure out why the second door is not able to be programmed. Anyway my purpose was to fix the first door which was accomplished by this product. Great Product!
