The interior black picture frame inside the lens
i did not notice the interior black picture frame style on the inside of the lens on my current truck lens when ordering the new lens. The lens that I purchased came packed very well and everything else matched up accordingly. I'm in the process of returning the lens and ordering the correct one from the same company.

Bottom plug did not fit harness
The bottom plug did not match the receptacle on the harness of my 2023 Tacoma. I had to remove the original plug and bulb from the old assembly and reuse it.
