The recommended amount is listed on the side of bottle shown on Amazon's listing for this product. 20 fluid ounces is shown for a 16" tire. If it's just a slow leak,. you could probably use 16 ounces.

Q: Can I use this on a motorcycle tire that requires a tube?

Works great in Motoz Dirt bike tires. I also use a small amount inside my tubliss inner tube as well. Works great for both. Stopped getting flats offroad. Going strong after 6,000 miles of offroad use. (KTM 690 Enduro)

Q: How long is this suppose to last?

It doesn't work! I picked up a nail and it gushed out onto the ground when I pulled the nail out and tried to air up the tire. I previously used Ride-On and have taken screws out it it didn't lose a Lb of air!
