Nice Soft Thicc Foam Sponge
I have not used them yet, rinseless wash is still in transit, but I am giving them a 5 star rating because they came well packaged and not vacuumed packed. The only thing I am worried about is that the slits cut into the foam are not very deep, but maybe that will help the rinseless wash release the contaminates from the sponge easily. Will update if I run into any issues with them, but as of now I can recommend.

Work Greaat!!
This is an update/replacement for an earlier review. Both sponges expanded to full size. I have used them several times with rinseless wash and they work as designed. Saved ten dollars per sponge by purchasing "brand x" over the specialty house sponges.

Don’t waste your money!
I had a feeling these would not be a good replacement for TRC Ultra Black Sponge but I didn’t expect them to be this horrible.First, they are vacuum packed so tightly that they don’t expand. I’ve left one alone and the other I tried to soak in water overnight and it barely expanded, I’ll add more photos later.Second, the sponge itself is NOT spider cut. It’s a thin layer of material on either side of the sponge that’s cut. So that’s completely useless.I know “you get what you pay for” but this isn’t even close. Don’t waste your money or time by ordering these garbage sponges.

USE HOT WATER TO EXPAND
There’s a one star comment complaining about the sponges not expanding. Another with a 3 star comment complains about his second sponge not expanding completely. Yes, both sponges are vacuum sealed. Yes, soaking in COLD water will not help it expand completely. USE HOT WATER!!! Soaking the sponges in HOT water will help them expand in 15-20 minutes.

Yes they come vacuum sealed. Yes they look funky. Just dump them in hot water for 15-20 minutes and the will puff right out and work perfectly for rinseless wash.I think if a little sheet of instructions came with them there probably would not be so many complaints.

The key to get full expansion on these sponges is HOT water. I soaked in hot water and then squeezed etc while soaking. Took about 30 minutes start to finish. These are perfect for my needs of rinseless washing.
