Looks just like old one but not compatible
Computer was used to try and sync key fob to 2007 Nissan Sentra but fob still wouldn't work. Old key fob is 2.1 version. Purchased one is a 3.1 version. Not sure if this makes a difference. Wouldn't completely start engine or unlock but windows would function.

There is a trick to program the prox remote
Super easy to program the key and to be able to program the prox part is only able with a special machine and while the car is on

Key fob will not program even with professional equipment
I ordered key for sons car. Key cut just fine and works in ignition however key fob can not be programed even with professional equipment. Using Autel's Maxisys equipment I was able to erase all keys and reprogram the original key fob however the new one would not program. At least the key works after being cut however do not count on fob working.
