ECOTRIC Hitch Mount Wheelchair Carrier Electric Wheelchair Cargo Mobility Scooter with Hitch & Loading Ramp

Its very nice for the price range, the instructions need more close up pics, and things like where you want the flat washer to go top or bottom of the bolt,, and I had no idea how to mount the hitch stop bracket or what it was for, I had to get back on line and look at the ad pic to see. first I thought it was just to firm up the tongue to the platform, but its just to stop the tongue when its lined up with the hole in the receiver.But I got it, so far I like it, have not put my scooter on it yet but looks like it will work fine.

I was skeptical because of the reviews. The reviews say the gate pin hole doesn't line up to the slots. But, we did have that problem but figured it out. You have to put the pin through both holes, THEN tighten your bracket for the gate holes to line up correctly. We love the product.

Nothing is perfect, so I do not give 5 stars. Seems well built and handled shipping well although the box that it was shipped was demolished. Just assembled it this past weekend - was not difficult. Have not used it, so do not know whether it functions as it should.

This is my second carrier. I backed up with the ramp down with my first one and bent it badly. While using my first one,I had ideas to modify it to make it better. This carrier incorporated those ideas. It loads from the driver's side.Too many benefits to list. There is a rail a few inches above the platform that makes it sturdier and eliminates the need to strap my chair down. The pin sysytem to hold the loading ramp is good. Like I said , I had ideas as to how I would improve my first ramp and these guys seem to have read my mind and did what I wanted. I assembled and installed this from my chair.

Seriously this was the biggest waste of money the parts don't line up, the directions are clear as mud and when you send it back.... They told me to leave it out on the porch since I didn't know what time they'd be there and guess what it rains where I live... I just got home when the moody, rude AF ups driver showed up first of all the box was damaged by the one who delivered it and I was told to put it on porch for them to have a contact less pickup. So now they as re telling me that o have to get a new box to put it in or pay someone to pack it for me... seriously do not waste your money... they will send you something you can't even assemble and then will give you a nightmare return

Alignment difficult

AMAZING!!! Product is wonderful! Customer service is out of this world!!! They have been so helpful and kind! The product is amazing it is so easy to use and install!! I had no problems at all. I use it every day to get my daughters wheelchair around and it is so easy to use! I can’t even tell it’s on my Explorer. It fits into all parking spots. There’s just not a enough good to say about this product or the merchant I am so happy and for you with everything you can’t go wrong !!!!!!!

Purchased this for my wife's wheel chair, so far so good. It was easy to assemble, no issues with that at all. Instructions are just OK, a little murky. But still not an big issue. I do have two recommendations.1) Get a hitch clamp, the post that goes into our Class II hitch is loose. The clamp made it rock steady.2) Get lock washers or thread lock for the gate pins, the nuts tend to loosen up easily.Other than that I recommend this this rack.
