Keeps the trailer sturdy
I needed two new jacks after the previous ones were damaged. These are easy to stall and are incredibly functional. Exactly what I needed.

Equipment Trailer Tail
I bought two of these to hold up the tail of my Equipment Trailer. I drive a 10K track loader / skid steer off of the trailer and these don't lift the back of the truck off of the ground.

Ease of use
I liked the sturdiness the jack had to offer. It is convenient to remove the rotating part of the jack. However, when the jack if is folded up, the handle falls down and creates a problem with low terrain or turning sharp directions. If I want to keep the jack on the trailer, I have to tie up the handle. If some sort of clip or something to keep the handle in the top vertical location, would have been part of the package, it would have been better. Also when jacking the trailer tongue up there is sufficient movement in the mount that it seems like the jack might fail, but the jack is very sturdy.

I use this everyday and put it through the ringer and it never broke unlike all of my other jacks
