I have taken pro-biotics for a while and have never noticed much difference but didn't think they were supposed to change you in such a way that you would be climbing mountains and swinging off rooftops.I have been plagued with BV for the past year or so and was at my wit's end. As most women know it is a real nuisance and can affect your confidence greatly. After another late night of research I noticed a woman had posted that pro-biotics were good but only anything over 5 billion. 5 billion?? I didn't realise that they went higher than the super duper mega strength mega potency 3 billion ones that I bought from a well known company in their penny sale (ahem).So I went a-searching on Amazon and the Bio-Cultures 60 billion - yes 60 billion - product came up along with over 100 5 star reviews. Not only this but when I took the time to read the bumpf, 6 TIMES STRONGER, TRUSTED UNTIL EXPIRATION DATE, TOTAL PIECE OF MIND, PLATINUM RANGE and 5 ACTIVE LIVE STRAINS I was sucked in so I bought them.Annnnnd to cut a long story short my BV is gone, down South is back to normal and the only thing I have done differently is to pop one of these pills each day and let all the healthy bacteria get down to business. And if that area has been sorted out i'm sure my gut flora and digestive system are feeling on point too.Sorted. Thanks guys! One happy customer!

It has just been under 5 days since I've started using this product. I have a bad gut for a long time now since I suffer from a chronic health condition and in the process have to end up taking many many medicines which are contraindicated for good gut health. It is thus mandatory for me to take a probiotic that is effective and I am always on the lookout for a better one. In all the probiotics I have used, this is one of the good ones and has been helping my gut stay comfortable. I'd be better equipped with a longer review once I take this product for a longer time and then I'll certainly edit it and add more. But for now, it's been helpful definitely.

Sorted out my digestion within few days of using it. Great product, seems to be highly effective, quality mixture of cultures. This version is six times stronger compare to regular product and with 6 bilion live microorganisms per capsule from 5 cultures, it is worth to pay extra as you can see results quicker. I have been taking only once capsule per day

Fantastic Probiotic Supplement. These capsules work wonders I have really noticed a big difference since taking this brand. I feel a lot less bloated and have more energy throughout the day.I only have to take one first thing in the morning so these will last me two Months and for that amount they are excellent value.Will continue to use this brand, which I have always trusted.

I am a teacher and tend to be exposed to every strain of cold in existence so I need a multi vitamin and probiotic that is going to support my immune system properly. I've tried a variety of probiotics in the past and had issues such as mild to severe stomach cramping, diarrhoea and nausea. I was a little worried about taking an extra strong probiotic but this product hasn't caused me any digestive issues at all. It's too early to comment on the immune support but it's certainly manufactured in a way that makes it easy on your digestive system.

I’ve have only just received this so I can’t judge its benefits fairly as yet, but I am disappointed to read the dosage as 1-3 a day. I should have looked more closely at the information on the pot above instead of just being carried away by the brilliant reviews. It says ‘take 1 - 3 daily’. I was under the impression these would last me 60 days but if I take 3 they will only last 20. I’ll update this review in a couple of weeks when I know whether they have any effect.

This is by far the best probiotic I’ve taken (and I’ve taken many over the years). It starts working quickly and you notice the benefits early on.It’s keeping me regular then normal with less gas and bloating.I would highly recommend this product and already have to many and will continue to do so.
