3” TO 2.5” DOWNPIPES WITH 200CPI SPORTS CAT FOR 2.7L AUDI S4/RS4 (B5) AND A6/ALLROAD (C5) Performance oriented aftermarket downpipes increase horsepower on a turbocharged vehicle by enabling higher flow of exhaust air than the OEM pipes. Vacating exhaust air more efficiently through optimized and smooth bore flow paths ensures that the exhaust pressure is constantly lower than the intake pressure, allowing the engine to breathe in more air, burn more fuel, and thus generate more power. This PowerGo downpipe features 3" tapering to 2.5" piping to achieve horsepower gain across the entire RPM range on 2.7L Audi S4/RS4 (B5) and A6/Allroad (C5). 200CPI high flow sport cat is added to comply with emission regulations while retaining performance. The unique hybrid design of the inlet flanges enables direct bolt-on for stock K03 turbo, upgrade K04 turbo and custom built RS6 turbo. The piping is constructed from premium 16-gauge(1.5mm) austenitic T304 stainless steel for superior durability. It is fully mandrel bent to maintain high flow rate. TIG welded at all joints, it also combines a cracking and corrosion resistant surface and an obstacle free internal wall. The surface is polished to add an extra layer of protection against wearing in various operating environment. IMPORTANT: (*) This product does NOT fit models with 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. (*) For fitment on A6/Allroad, the longer mid-pipe needs to be cut and shortened.
