I've been using this windshield cover for over 4 years for car camping and for keeping my car more shaded when at home or work. Which is super important here in South Carolina! The sun is brutal here! It's still in perfect condition and super easy to close back down. I just ordered a 2nd one for my husbands car. I tried mine on his car before re-ordering and it fits both of our cars. I have a 2007 Kia Rondo and he has a 2017 Chevy Sonic. I bought the XL windshield cover. It is very possible to make this windshield cover nearly 100% black out! It just takes some finesse. I can have lights on in my car at night and no one on the outside can tell that I have my lights on in the car with this and the other 9 window covers I made out of Refletix and black felt. It's very very dark in my car in the morning that I normally am able to sleep in until around 11am when the Kia starts to heat up.

I was tired of wrestling with my folding sun shade that would perpetually fall down and was useless in this Texas heat. Enter A1+ Car Shade. Not only does the XL size entirely fit my front windshield, but it easily holds in place. I also love that it folds down small enough that it can slip into that space between the chair and console. It's a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to put it back in its holder, but there's a good instructional sheet that comes with the sun shade.

I love this! Easy to use, although you have get accustomed to twisting it up to put away, really not difficult. Best of all is that it REALLY makes a difference! My car is SO much cooler when I get in. I use it ALL the time because in the long run it’s saving gas money & my leather interior.

Hard to open/close the first several uses. Does a good job protecting the inside of the car in our triple digit temperatures.

3 stars just because the description lists XL as the size for a Honda fit, but it is too short, so it won't stay up and doesn't reach the visors. Other than that, it seems like it's good product. They just need to update their sizing recommendation for Honda Fit.Edit: The company made it right by sending me an XXL, which did fit ( a little cramped, but it does stay up), so updating my review to 5 stars! They should still make sure to update their sizing chart though

I always had problems with shades fully covering my front window. This covers the the full window and it’s flexible around the rear view mirror. I find that it collapses and stores easily.

This product was a bit of an issue for me. I am a short woman and was trying this in a grand caravan. I couldn't reach the passenger side to place it up on the windshield correctly. Plus the top edges did not stay up, they would flip down. The seller was very very gracious and sent me a newer version that actually does seem to stay up in the corners better. I love that fact that they fold for ease of storage , just not a good fit for me. One thing I will say as a con is that it is really thin material and didn't seem to make a whole lot of difference in the heat factor that came through the window. Meaning, it was still very hot in the vehicle, and I can compare to our silver folding shades as they DO make a difference in cutting down the heat in the car. If the manufacturer can better insulate this unit, that would be best.

Nice windshield shade. Folds up small, lightweight, easily fits into place. I ordered two medium size based on the chart in the Amazon pics. The one for my gmc safari van covers the entire windshield when it is fully open. The extra fabric on the sides is handy for filling in at the corners. The one for my old 4Runner fills the windshield but the two halves are overlapped some. But there is a non-stayed area in the middle to allow for adjustments like that so it is perfect.Just what I wanted and I thought at a fair price.

The carrying case had packing tape around it and after it was removed it leaves nasty, sticky mess on case not a deal breaker but case looks like hell. Fit ram 1500 4th gen. classic pretty tight

I wish I had followed the advice of the other reviewers and gone one size smaller. The recommended size for my Mazda CX-5 is a bit cumbersome. Fortunately the design allows for some overlap, so it will fit with a bit of fiddling.The spring loops fill the windshield nicely and the loose edges ensure full coverage. It folds up nicely into a compact bag which fits down the size of the passenger seat.
