Q: What about warrants, some people was saying the zipper broke.

We have owned three of these over the years and have not experienced any issues with the zippers. We did have a side rafter problem with the feet but Carefree sent replacements that came within 2 days.

It is in several pieces and comes with instructions.

Q: How well do the side panels stay up against the RV?

There is a strap that attaches to the bottom and the top of the side of the RV. The side panel has a vertical flap with velcro on it that wraps around the strap. This keeps the panel against the side of the unit. It's not ideal. Older versions utilized snaps that screwed into the side of the RV and were permanent that the sides snapped into. The trade off is that the screen room can be kept for use on another unit when the current RV is sold or traded in.

Q: Just purchased buena vista +. 1 vertical rafter doesn’t lock. used duct tape. can i get another verticle rafter?

screw the rafter into the the awning roller at the bottom.
