Beautiful knife that does not disappoint. I am particularly pleased with Chef's Arsenal, the delivery and the condition of the product when it arrived. I will be shopping with Chef's Arsenal again.

I love this knife! The weight and balance are very good. It’s easy to handle and makes quick work of just about any task.

Please see pictures of delivered product. This is a $170.00 forged German knife was put in an envelope to send to me. I get to buy a couple of these a year and one day my 35 slot Wusthof block will be full. That being said, I'd like to know that the company I buy from cares for my product better than this. Next time I won't be in such a hurry.

Amazing shape! Very nice for cutting beautiful slices of meat as well as breaking down primal. Very sharp.

Arrived with a blade missing chunks out of the sharpened edge. It looked like someone beat the edge of the knife on a rock. The knife I returned to Amazon to get this one took over a month to get credit, so I am fixing the edge instead. Either way, a nice knife from a quality manufacturer shouldn't ship with a ruined edge.
