This is a quality knife set! There is a knife for every use and they cut so easily. Aesthetically appealing and also have a nice weight to them.Edit update: these knives started to get rust spots within 4 months of use. I contacted the company and they heeded their warranty and sent me a whole new set. So although it was inconvenient to have to return and wait for a new set, the company stood behind their guarantee and replaced the whole set.They noted that these knives should be hand washed, not put in the dishwasher

I have owned this product for about one month.Very happy with the look, feel, quality and sturdiness of these of these knives and the price is a good value. I especially like the built-in sharpener on the block which allows you to sharpen the knife every time you remove it from the stand. They have been used in the dishwasher to no I’ll effect as of this writing. I really look forward to food preparation now knowing that I have these knives to use!

I've had these for a few weeks now, and I am amazed at how easy it is to use them. And how well they stay sharpened.

Absolutely love these knives. I grew up in the restaurant business with a chef daddy, and who swore by Henkel knives. I now know why. These. Knives are just fantastic. They fit my hand well and just feel good. The sharpening block is also a huge plus. My only complaint is they are not dishwasher safe. (No, I don’t put my sharp knives in the dishwasher to begin with it’s bad on them so I’ve been told) but the steak knives are serrated and I did make the mistake of running them thru the dishwasher. The handles peeled off and look trashy now. Super sad about that. 🙁 But in all I give these knives a 9.5/10. Love them so much

I was a little nervous looking at the reviews saying there were missing knives or that it looked like the product was second-hand, especially with how much the knives cost, but I'm glad I took the risk.We've only been able to use two of the knives so far (the bread knife and the Santuko knife), and they're both amazing quality. I'm particularly impressed with how well the Santuko knife cuts—we used it to cut up a hard salami and it cut it like warm butter. I've never had such an easy time.We picked this particular set because the handles looked the most ergonomic for the amount of cooking we do. It was an excellent choice and felt great in the hand.The only downside (and it's only a downside if you have limited space in your kitchen) is the size of the block. It's 15" or so in length and forced a reconfiguration of our kitchen to accommodate the size.

These started flaking at the handles and rusting within a month of purchase. We were hoping they just needed some TLC but they consistently rust over the past 2 years. Too bad, we thought Henckel was a quality knife. Nope

I was introduced to this knife set at a friend's house and I was amazed by the quality and sharpness of the blades. They feel great in my hand and are weighted properly. They make such a stylish & functional addition to my kitchen! I am so happy to now have a set of my own. Highly recommend.

These knives are beautiful and love the way the cut. I can't complain about the pieces other than the block being extremely large, so not ideal for a small space. I had to rearrange my countertop a little.I also looked at these on wayfair so not sure where I read about the knives rusting, but it's true :( It is not rusting on all pieces but a couple of the knives got little circular spots on the blades after two hand-washes. I don't have a dishwasher so everything is washed by hand, especially knives. So am a little disappointed in that but it's not anything I can't live with. But for a set that costs this much, This SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!
