Ok but life has changed

It is not the first time I bought this amazingly useful book. Every Christmas it is under our tree for kids, friends, dear ones. Also I read and listen the "full version" of it: Negotiate That! - which brings more examples and wonderful stories, fables like.

Content is not bad but the book took over 4 weeks to arrive

Interesting book

This book was recommended to me during a workshop I attended on property investing - the link being the need to build rapport with people during the sales process.I found the content inspiring, and was abble to put it to use within days (even before I had finished reading!). Herb's writing style, humour and willingness to share his personal experiences - good AND bad - make for compelling reading and easy absorbtion of the concepts involved.I can honestly say that I am already closing more deals and making more money than before!

A very informative book - good read. Maybe a tad outdated but you can easily adapt the technique to suit modern times.Quick delivery, clean item - good service overall.
