Sporty's Deluxe Learn to Fly Kit - Private Pilot Ground School Course (2024 Edition)

This kit from Sporty's has everything I need to get started. I have been wanting to learn to fly for a while now and this kit is the great start I need to get my private license. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their license.

Way overpriced for what you get. Should not be more than $200

The bag was missing in the box, and they did not provide any code or method to access the online course, my advice is to get this product directly from Sporty's website

A little remedial but covers teh ground needed

If you study with the app I don’t think it’s possible to fail your exam! I have the worst test anxiety and after studying with Sportys I went in confident and passed the exam! Best private study material available in my opinion!

My discovery flight instructor recommended the Sporty's online course and I couldn't be happier with it. Works great on my Android phone and on my PC (browser), although my iPad Mini is too old. Couldn't beat the price of this bundle by buying the items separately. FAA textbooks are printed in full color on high quality paper. Although my post-discovery flight CFI initially scoffed at Sporty's, he said he'd work with it and, incidentally, everything he's taught me so far was covered *verbatim* in the course. I use the bag to carry my headset (purchased separately), knee board (purchased separately), flight computer (included), etc. with room to spare. Full disclosure: I bought my kit directly from Sporty's.

Make sure to see the tiny part of the description that says the course will be in the package. Customer support is of no help with it, so I gotta wait for it to be here before I even start the lessons. What a joke, the most used company in the airline industry and they run it like this.
