Does notfit & return cost is exorbitant
Item does not fit & return cost is approx 4X the cost of the item, effectively making the item non-returnable. This item does not fit my motorcycle even though the description says it does. I should be able to return at no cost or at least be able to replace it with an item that will work.

Poor H11 Plugs
The H11 plugs do not have the tab inside so they can be connected backwards, typical Chinese junk.
