Q: Are these pockets deep enough to hold a Samung Galaxy and a Mens wallet without worrying about them falling out?

The pockets are very shallow and made from stretchy material like spandex. The first thing I noticed when wearing these was how tiny the pockets are. I put my small thin wallet and Galaxy S8 in my pocket. About 20% of the phone sticks out while the wallet is completely submerged (barely).

Q: Are they strong shorts

No they are not strong. One of mine ripped around my thighs within 5 mins of wearing it. I just wore it and sat...that was enough to rip it.

Q: Is this mesh see through?

It is mesh and not see through if you are wearing in a indoors slighty dark environment.

Q: Do these have inner net piece?

They barely have outer material.. they RIP and tear the same day you put them on.
