Still strong after 1.5 yrs. Worth it. 2
This was a fantastic addition to my home game. It is an absolute beast of a piece of equipment. I have added pics of wear from racking and twisting from 1.5 years of 5x week use. It shows some wear but still in incredible shape considering a garage environment as well.I've been using this for bench almost exclusively and the strength increase and stretch is noticeable still. The weight is harder to earn but worth more on a standard bar. The grip variations mixed with an adjustable bench can make for a great shoulder-safe way to get a good burn. The neutral grip feature also makes for some amazing tricep activation on the middle handles. For rows I find it useful once you find the right stance to not knock your knees but I'm not any kind of trained athlete, just YouTube taught. Being able to pull to full contraction is great.I do like it for tricep extensions but I find I prefer my pulley cable over this, but its fun to superset with it.

Great Addition to the Home Gym
Arrived well-packaged, unlike other bars I've ordered in the past. The finish is nice ... time will tell on durability (i.e. sliding plates on/off, etc.). Clean welds, nice knurl on the grips. This bar is the real deal ... it will invoke stabilizing muscles and the ends don't rotate, unlike a standard Olympic barbell. It barely fits inside my Fitness Reality cage, but I can work with that ... carefully. My first workout with this thing was sort of humbling ... couldn't do the same weight/reps I can otherwise do with the standard barbell ... but that's the point. I hope that over time, this will make a difference in my standard bench press and help preserve my 51yr old joints along the way.

Great bar to change up grips for bench pressing, many uses including as a platform for hip thrusts
I have shoulder difficulties so I have been looking for a multi-grip bar. The camber aspect and extreme stretch is actually not great for shoulders for bench pressing, for many people, so lifters should be careful about how they are using that. I need narrower grips so the neutral grips right outside the camber are nice and work well for me. The inner grip is great for close grip bench, alleviating some of the wrist discomfort when trying to work with a straight bar. Same grip turned upside down becomes an under-hand/neutral grip that can target upper pecs, even flat and is very comfortable on the shoulders. The bar is a nice variation for military press, to be able to use a neutral grip. I have not used it for rows yet, but can see it's utility for that. One very interesting thing I am experimenting with, is using it as a hip thrust platform. Not as the bar across the lap, but what you rest your back on. I was researching hip thrust home gym solutions and came across BC Strength's Hip Thruster Pad. It's an Olympic thickness bar that you put in a low position in your J-hooks and lay your back across it. The bar has a rectangular pad welded to it that is used for a very effective pivoting hip thrust platform. Well this camber bar has a very similar shape, just add a pad to the middle. My initial tests seems to indicate it can work like this which is very exciting.Fitment wise, I have an old cheap Body By Jake smith cage, that is not very big. And this fit just fine. You have to be more careful mounting and dismounting this bar because the middle rectangle can bang around on your uprights/cage, there is not much room. If you are working heavy, use a spot when you start using it. Weights and collars fit great. The sleeves are basic and do not spin, it's just a solid bar. I knew this going in.Only complaint, that is unavoidable due to the geometry of the bar and it's main selling point, is that the camber geometry does it make ungainly to impossible to do some exercises that otherwise might be interesting, like using it as a neutral curl, tricep, or "ez curl" bar. Holding the bar, especially by the handles within the camber, can place your wrists under torque forces when the bar is not perfectly horizontal. Because of the camber, the center of gravity for the bar is OUTSIDE your hands, either closer or further away from your body depending on how your are holding it. And the bar is HEAVY. So the bar will want to pivot in your hands, which becomes extreme when holding it vertical (like if doing a curl). If you are huge and have large strong hands/forearms, the 46 lb bar MIGHT give opportunity for these kind of exercises with it. If you're average, even if you are in shape, it's too heavy a bar for exercises like that, undue risk for the wrist joints.I gained several exercises with this bar. It's durable, versatile, and a good price. I'm happy with my purchase. Happy lifting!

Great inexpensive Swiss bar
I've bought several products from Titan. I own there hex bar squat bar and a couple machines. Only returned a bench once no hassle and they covered the return shipping. No the welds are not the greatest looking but are still done well. I don't really care as its for lifting not a beauty show. It feels and looks very well made. It does take some getting use too to start with. Grips are thicker than standard Olympic barbells. One major note for some.... the area that goes on your j hooks is the same size as the 2 inch diameter area where you load your plates, my j hooks were big enough but I have seen j hooks with just enough space for a normal bar.The finish seems well done and durable. For an additional bar for your home gym you can't go wrong.

Great bar to have if you have a Home Gym
This will be my 2nd week of owning this bar and so far it’s doing better than I’d thought. Here are some pointers for those considering this bar:Shipping was amazing, the bar was packaged very well. In addition, it arrived sooner than anticipated. I’m sorry I don’t have photos, but that stood out to me as one of the most wonderful things since bulky/large items tend to get damaged when in transit.Looks great out of the packaging. I found one minor chip on the collar where you would load weights onto the bar but that didn’t really bother me. The main body of the bar is 41” so if you have a cage that’s slightly larger like mine (roughly 43 3/4”) it fits perfectly. I have J-hooks to hold the bar too and that works out really well. When working out with the bar, it’s definitely a learning curve with the different grips. The multi-grip makes it easier to target specific muscles, plus it makes you look awesome when performing hammer curls or overhead extensions (try at your own risk). After getting use to the bar, it became easier to manage as if it was a regular barbell.Overall it’s a great bar and I look forward to getting stronger with it. I would recommend this bar to all who are considering it. Hope this review helps.
