Technically, this eye serum might have been a winner on paper if the ingredients were in different order and soybean oil was eliminated. I'm a huge opponent of the cheap ingredient soybean oil for a few reasons, not the least of which is my allergic reaction to all things "soybean". Now and then I risk ordering a product with that ingredient in hopes that it won't be in strong enough concentration to outweigh the benefits, but that outcome rarely happens. It didn't happen this time either. Soybean oil is high on the ingredient list, while hyaluronic acid, chamomile, and green tea are further down the list, and WHY do I need an antibacterial agent (Lactoperoxidase) in this eye serum?The serum is fairly thick and clear in a hard to pump bottle that sticks and then dispenses too much serum. The serum rests on top of the skin and then completely absorbs. For me, it felt strangely cool and irritating. Unfortunately, the serum -- which goes on dampened skin to handle dark circles, puffiness, eye bags, wrinkles and fine lines -- did none of those things for me. Instead, my undereye was irritated and caused swelling. Probably from the soybean oil. Although that part isn't the serum's fault, the lack of results and the order of ingredients work against it. I'm a major fan of eye serums, but this one is a hard pass.
