Works well after initial issues
Had problems getting this to work properly initially- the most crucial thing is it needs a very good, strong wifi signal. Unless you are connecting it directly to the router buy a wifi range extender (Belkin works well). Now that’s sorted I’m very happy with the purchase

It will last about as long as a mini series
Beware the "invisible" cable that connects the TV to the one connect box needs to be handled like a Faberge egg. The wifi drops frequently despite being within spitting distance of the router and it needs a sound bar to be audible. It has managed to put me off buying any Samsung products ever again.

Great TV
I have had this TV for about 6 months now, I bought it direct from Samsung not from Amazon.I very rarely watch TV and for five years before getting The Frame I didn’t even own a TV, as I think a big black screen hanging on the wall looks incredibly ugly. The Frame is a fantastic TV, it was very easy to attach to the wall (with the supplied wall mount), easy to set up and it looks amazing. The picture function can be easily set up and changed through a mobile phone app (you can also use your smart phone as a TV remote through the app), and it’s very easy to use your own pictures and photos or choose ones from the gallery and online store. Although it sometimes takes a bit of trial and error to get your own photos and pictures cropped to the right size and shape. The TV came with a wall mount, stand / feet, two different remote controls, and connection box.I believe I may have a slightly older version of this TV, although I have only had it for six months and all of the advertising etc. is the same as when I bought mine. My TV has two cables that come out of it, the almost invisible one cable and a power cable that is significantly bigger and much more noticeable (kind of a very pale grey or off white colour) that is not shown on any of the advertisements for the TV. I think on some of the models of The frame TV’s the power cable connects to the one connect box and not to the TV like it does on mine. If this is right, well done to Samsung for sorting this issue out as the power cable coming from the TV is very noticeable and very annoying, just a shame it wasn’t done like this from the start.I totally love this TV and would definitely recommend it despite my slight dissatisfaction with the cables, and to be honest even if my TV did have just the one cable coming from it I think it would still be more visible than I want it to be although significantly better than any other TV I have seen.

Easy set up, fantastic picture
Incredible TV, great range of apps to download for streaming content. You need to connect external devices to it via the connection box but that’s no hassle. Easy to set up and looks beautiful on the wall.

Just looks amazing
Love pretty much everything about this tv. I put it on the wall myself snd to be fair it wasn't that difficult. Setting up was pretty straightforward although my teenage son did help a bit with that.I am confused by one of the other reviews though which states he is upset as he has two wires coming out of the tv and he though it was supposed to be just the one near invisible cable. Well it is just one near invisible cable? I have no idea what cable he has as a extra. So please dont be put off as there are no extra cables to be seen. Just wanted to clear that up as its wrong
