Definitely not a New Item
In spite of many buyers' warnings I took the chance and ordered this item.The first indication that something was wrong was when i opened the mailing box.The original item packaging was torn and looked well handledThe watch itself had the wrong size of lens protective sticker that was at least double the size of the watch and had not properly adhered to the lens.The clip that normally holds the winder in the Battery Safe position was missing and the watch was operating when unpacked.All in all a terrible experience and I had no choice to return it since it was to be a "requested" birthday gift the day after delivery

Battery Dead
I have received with dead batteries. I put it on exchange. Again the battery is dead. Can we change the battery and Amazon will accept it back if it doesn't work even after changing battery? Bit confused. What shall I do?
