ProBody Pilates Yoga Ball - Fresh Colors Exercise Ball for Stability, Pregnancy, Workout & Physical Therapy

DANGEROUS. I bought this ball for my wife 5 months ago. She works in an office and sitting all day gives her back pain. She discovered 25 years ago that if she used one of these balls for a desk chair, she did not have back pain. She has had 4 or 5 different balls; over time each ball began to lose air, and was replaced. Today the "anti-burst" ball BURST without warning. My wife landed on the floor, hard. Note: the ball did not lose air or deflate; it burst open all at once. Now the ball is in two separate pieces. This is a SERIOUS DEFECT. We still don't know the extent of my wife's injury.

I did NOT know that you shouldn't try this ball if you have a hip replacement. BUT my doctor set me straight. Nonetheless it looks a great product. The color is delightful, I chose a light purple lavander choice. I have a pump so I am sure it wouldn't have been hard to inflate. Since I was under doctor's orders not to even try it. I am returning it in it's original shipped status. I am giving it 5 stars because I am sure it's a wonderful ball.

The ball is completely as described. The inflation of the ball is somewhat cumbersome, due to being a hand held inflator, but it gets there. Least your arms get in their workout. Otherwise, you get what you paid for. It seems to be very durable. I've used it and is very easy to use. Believe me, your abdominal muscles do get their workout. You'll will definently feel your abdominal muscles the next day or so. I am really enjoying my abdominal workouts now. I chose this ball due to back problems I have, it will definitely help me out.

This is one of my go to balls however I’ve never used this particular brand. I have severe back pain due to a injury and this gives some relief when I use this ball to stretch. Ball is well made and does it’s job. I’m satisfied with my purchase overall.

I was able to blow this up by mouth only. No pump needed. Very well made. Extremely heavy duty rubber. Be sure to remove the inflating hole cap before you try to unpack & unwrap the ball from the package it comes in.

In a review I saw someone used these balls in place of a pool pillow. Pool pillow lasted one season, these balls will last many seasons. Easier to inflate and store. Buying a second ball for better “tenting” of my outdoor furniture cover. Recommended!

We aren't using it for it's intended purpose. I bought a chair that uses a yoga ball and we could never find the right size ball. This is the one that fits. It works very well. We do take it off the chair for exercises but the main reason is using it on the chair.

My wife has a disability and her physical therapist recommended the use of an exercise ball. This was a great choice for her and has assisted her therapy. Thank you.
