With a bit of ingenuity & patience, this was the perfect trampoline for us.
The media could not be loaded. Is assembly for the faint of heart? Perhaps not. Alone and without reason to rush, I probably took 5 hours to complete this task, but I took solace in knowing I'd only have to assemble this bad boy one time before unlocking hours upon hours of joy for the wee ones. Not to mention that with a 500 pound weight limit, myself too ... for that matter. Were the negative reviews scary? Sure. Seems a few folks had some genuine issues with what they received. I had some minor issues but nothing that was unsolvable. Luckily I decided to place a bit more trust in the positive experiences and it happened to pay off for me. My trampoline is together, there is a ton of space for all 3 of my kids, and it has great bounce. Can't ask for much more - hopefully durability does not prove to be an issue in the future. Solid trampoline though so I don't anticipate it. Though with incredibly hot summers in AZ, I plan to remove the jumping surface in July and fold it away for the fall to protect it from our blistering sun.Observations based on my assembly: the ingredients to this trampoline could have gone together a little smoother but heck, it's not like I was baking a cake here. This is a heavy duty piece of backyard fun furniture and the build felt like it. There were a couple times I couldn't quite get pieces to go together as easily as I'd hoped but it was nothing a ratcheting tie-down and a rubber mallet couldn't make quick work of. The rubber mallet came in handy often to counteract the powder coat fit on these joints. It was a must. The only other issue I ran into was upon assembling the upper tent-pole type rectangular frame for the net, the final corner piece wouldn't click together. The hole for the push pin was upside down. To solve I had to unscrew the end fitting, pull off, flip around, re-drill/re-screw it back on and that solved that with about 10 mins of extra work and critical thinking. A one-off issue probably, but not something requiring replacement or return.I give this assembled trampoline a 5 out of 5 for what it is, for the money it cost, and for the hours of fun my kids have already had on it. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 on the assembly aspect - it went together fine, I didn't expect an easy build, and if not for having to refit the end piece on the tent pole, it would have been a 5 of 5.

Fantastic!
I am absolutely pleased with this trampoline. My daughter is in cheer and we got this for her to be able to practice her more advanced tumbling moves at home. I specifically wanted something that was rectangle shaped rather than round as that would give her a bit more room. I am completely happy with this purchase, the trampoline is a lot sturdier than the trampolines I’m used to, the poles are 3 times the size and weight of the typical round trampoline and are painted steel as opposed to the bare galvanized steel of the others, the trampoline is very heavy when assembled, about 3 times the weight of the department store versions. The net is very heavy duty as well. Assembly was a breeze, it took us less than an hour to have it together with almost no trouble at all. The trampoline is also much bigger than I thought which is a huge plus. My daughter loves it as she is no longer confined to the small area in the center of the round trampoline. She also says that this one has much more bounce than ones she’s had before. I also appreciate Amazon allowing me the opportunity to purchase the trampoline with 0% apr financing, that helps on a purchase this size. All in all, I highly recommend this trampoline, it looks great and my daughter is extremely happy which is what really matters!

100% worth the money and super easy to install
I was able to put this up in under 2 hours with just myself, 1 adult and my 9 year old helping. The bilt app instructions made it so much easier than anything I've ever put together before. The kids absolutely love it, and it's big enough the adults can play on it too. I am particularly fond of the design of the way the net has a rod running through the top that hooks onto the poles that support it. This design means that when we get to spring time (which in oklahoma means tornado season) we can drop the net easily to reduce the sail effect that results in so many trampolines being destroyed. Mine did arrive with some parts missing but I blame that on the damage to the boxes by ups. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out the missing parts plus spares in less than a week, no charge no fuss. All and all I'm quite happy with this purchase. If there was anything to complain about its the velcro that holds the spring cover mat on, it comes loose too easy for my taste but it's just as easy to fix so its not an issue.UPDATE: 2.5 years later and still going strong. Unfortunately we had a pretty severe storm pop up last night and I didn't put the net down. Guess I got complacent after so much time. The storm was strong enough to chuck it into my neighbor's yard despite the 8 rebar anchors I had holding it down. So far it appears the top enclosure took the brunt of the damage... PSA don't forget to take the net down when storms are comingUpdate 4 years later and the mat ripped, presumably from sun exposure.

Parts Missing AND Wrong Size Parts
The first time we tried to put it together we realized that 4 primary poles (The B set of poles) was missing. So we had to pack it back up and put it back in the garage and they shipped the parts quickly. Today, took it out again and put it together only to find out it has the wrong size jump mat and screen enclosure. We have the 9 x 15 and the mat and screen are for the 8 x 14. So, now we wait again. The kids are disappointed Again. The trampoline was ok to put together but keep in mind the middle end poles are not interchangeable and to make sure the poles face the direction they need to or you will need to take apart. Don't tighten the screws until last because there is definitely switching of poles once you realize this. They were quick to resend the first parts missing so hopefully this will come quickly. The quality seems nice. We will see.

Good trampoline but hard to put together
Now that it’s up in our yard we are very happy with it. It’s sturdy and roomy. We like the size, shape, and safety net.It took 5 adults 6-8 hours to put it together and the directions at many times were confusing. The online video helped some, but it just wasn’t easy.
