First inoculate a qt. Jar of sterilized water with a couple drops of molasses. And sterilize the empty syring. Wait a couple weeks and you can inoculate 100 bags of grain

Q: Can i plant (innoculate) a log in my back yard? with Lion's main

You could, but would probably have a higher success rate if you grow it indoors. It can take a year or better outside, depending on conditions in your area, if at all. Good luck!

Q: Are these bisporus (button/portobella) strains the same?

Yes it is, "agaricus bisporus" is specific. I don't know why the seller would say otherwise.

Q: Are the liquid cultures of isolates / monocultures, or are these multi-spore cultures?

All of our cultures are monocultures, not multi-spore cultures.
