With all of the reported benefits of curcumin I had to give this one a try.So far, so good! I have issues with some pills making my stomach hurt and these do not.As for efficacy? TBD.

Relieves soreness after exercise
My husband says he notices his soreness and pain after playing pickleball is greatly reduced. He likes that the capsules are easy to swallow as well.

Easy to swallow and good quality.
Easy to swallow soft gels are great and the oil is MCT coconut. I'm doing my best to stay away from processed vegetable oils and this helps. The price is right too.

Very powerful stuff! Had to back off to start with one because it loosened my bowels. Won’t know how its working to support anti-inflammation til I do blood work.
