I bought it for my 6 year old. I think it’s good for ages 6-10 for boys depending on size and weight. It has enough power for lots of fun in this age range with responsibility and awareness from both rider and parent.

I live in Florida and I believe that this company resides in California. I can’t answer why they wouldn’t be able to ship this to you. What I will say is that you should not purchase this ATV. Mine has had to be repaired multiple times and it hasn’t started for almost a year. It’s literally brand new and sits in my garage. You are better off buying something used or paying a little more for a better ATV.You will be disappointed with this ATV and the company that sells it to you.
