Defective and no customer support
The product is defective. The blades aren't rotating, not flying. Tried to troubleshoot but no luck. Tried returning it but it's asking to call customer service. I bought this as gift from the USA. I don't have indian phone number to talk over the phone.

The media could not be loaded. I got the dron in 17 April 25, due I was in Kolkata , so today 24th May25 i unbox and play the dronBut it's emote has problem... Right side joystick of remote is not working.It means up and down button is not working

Defective product and not solve the issue of refund
I have received a defective product and also filed return but the customer care associates have shown their rude behaviour and not resolved the issue. This product I have thrown in the dustbin. Never trust Amazon online shopping once again... I refer customers be careful about Sach platform.

Item is ok, but dont buy.
Udta h ,lekin bs udta hi h, agar aapke paas khule park ki ka access nhi h, to mt khreedo, bnd kamre me nhi uda paoge, plus hwaa naa k brabr chalni chahiye, ek jagah stable nhi hota, camera jitna soch skte ho utni worst quality ka h, battery 5-6 minute se zyada nhi chalegi. Curiosity mitaane k liye thik h lekin kisi function me video recording bhul jao. Return ka option hota to main return kr deta.
