Q: Is this piece metal or plastic?

It is pom plastic which is very very durable. The handles are guaranteed for life

Q: What size is the handle?

Close to that of a bicycle handle bar. I have it on a wooden handle and it works well in beach sand.

Q: I have a Trex scoop with a carbonfiber handle will this fit? it looks like its in a house broom

I use a T-Rex sand scoop as well from Gold Digger metal detectors. The Raptor pull handle will fit.

Q: How do you register the warranty as their instructions the website “gdipdetect.com” doesn’t work?

It is not possible to register your warranty. I also attempted to register my purchase and was not satisfied. Although my handle still works, I would not recommend this purchase for any one due to the inability to register ones purchase for warranty.
