Jackco3 Ton Capacity Aluminum Jack Stands (1 Pair)

As a victim of the Great Harbor Freight Jack Stand Recall of 2020, and trying to decide on a new set of jack stands, I looked at many of the cheaper options - mostly ratchet jack stands - and many did not have a locking pin. Those that did were too high at their lowest setting for my vehicles and some were as expensive, if not more than these. I looked at the ESCO jack stands and might have bought them until I saw these. Never heard of the brand before but I figured that they were worth a try considering the cost and the overall design of the pin lock. This overall is more secure I think.The welds look fine to me, although I would probably only recognize really terrible welds. These hold my vehicles securely is the bottom line, and they are easy to use as well as very light and space efficient. I did buy some pads for the pinch welds on the vehicles since these are mostly flat on the top, but without the pads these will still work and are better than the curved topped styles if you are supporting a vehicle on the frame or other flat parts of the car. I think these will work for anything that is your basic 2 axle vehicle, maybe even bigger commercial vehicles too.

Awesome stands! They’re much easier to move around into position compared to the pyramid style, and because the base’s stablilty is in the flat circle that’s on the ground I don’t bump into them all the time like the pyramid style. Buy a set of four!

Always had a problem putting my Audi a4 on my craftsman jack stands which have a wide base, thought I try these stands since they had a smaller and a flat base, these stands work perfect....will be buying a second set

These are really nice jack stands. They are sturdy and well made. I searched a lot and these were the lowest height jack stands that I could find on Amazon and on other online retailers. Mine were clearly labeled on the box and on the stands themselves as Made in China.

I recently purchased a low profile hatchback, and I needed some jack stands that wouldn't take up the entire trunk. These look and work great. Strong, stable, and secure....Also made in the US so that's always a plus.

I was looking for a very low jack stand to use with a sports racer that has little ground clearance. This is very low at it lowest setting but can be raised to a normal height. Seems well made and stable. Not so sure about the "harbr freight" coloring and styling. It's also Chinese made, not US, like another review says.
