The sim card slot is screwed shut with a very tiny screw. They send a very tiny pointed screwdriver, & it can't be opened. I tried for 45 minutes, even using a couple tiny screwdrivers of my own. Yest, those were too big, that's how small the screw is. Very disappointing, when I researched & searched for a cpl hrs to find a watch with this, combined with GPS etc to give as a gift. But, it can't be used for its' intended purpose.

This is a terrible watch. Not user friendly or for children to operate. Hard to load sim card and terrible sound. App not easy to operate and it doesn't work well. Do t waste ur money or time on this piece of crap !

This wasn't too hard to set up and even comes with a screwdriver to open it. Kind of a practice watch for kids; good price to see if they can handle the responsibility of electronics. It's big enough an adult can wear it too if you want the functionality. The math game come preinstalled and was fun for me to run through. The battery is good recharges well.Remember the sim card is not included; downloading the app helps run the watch a lot.

The packaging is just dumb and even says "cheap." First red flag. The charger does not stay on the watch and falls off constantly. Second red flag. After installing the app, you must enter a code for "binding." It keeps telling me binding failed. There is no way to correct the date or time without connecting to an app on your phone. My son just wanted a "smart watch" to track his steps. We didn't want the call or text features. Just a cool looking pedometer. This is junk. The directions are so poorly written and in broken English. They're tiny and hard to read.

I've went through multiple sim cards and no matter what I haven't been able to get it to work. Plus it just seems cheap in the hand. It'll break the first time a child plays sports or has recess.
