Quality jigsaw

Very Impressed with Quality
This was a joy to complete with my wife and surprised how Dubai has altered in 10 yrs. The jigsaw is very clear and detailed and remarkable when finished. Ideal in these lockdown situations. Use a magnifying glass on the photo to determine where some pieces go. The only snag was the top straight edge sky pieces which we could not complete at start and they were some of final last 50 pieces to put in as we put the pieces in below the edge. Our first with this maker but looking for another now

A very fine jigsaw puzzle
This is a very fine piece of jigsaw puzzle indeed! The picture is very crisp and detailed, the pieces fit tight and the presentation is beautifully made. The linen texture makes it very pleasurable to fit the pieces together. The four corners are slightly rounded off, which is a nice touch. There aren't many jigsaw puzzles that offer views of Dubai, and this picture offers one of the nicest views.

A fun puzzle to make
Clementoni. Poster. Ribbon-cut. 1,000 pieces. 70cm x 50cm.This was a pleasant puzzle by Clementoni. The different areas led to sorting of pieces into 6 categories in the order in which I solved them:1. Edges2. Buildings with sky3. Well-lit areas (golden)4. Water5. Building without sky6. SkyThere was a good range of piece type with less than half being the tradition “H” shape. The building edges made a useful sorting category as did the other categories. However the connectors were almost of the same type, although there were variations in size. This meant the misfits were sometimes possible.The pattern of pieces shows the piece shape variation and the connector size variation but there is little variation in connector shape, and relatively few are not central to their side or rotated from the main axis.Overall, this was a fun puzzle if not quite up to the best that Clementoni can offer. I rated the difficulty as 2/5, normal for this size of puzzle, and the overall experience as 5/5.
