The media could not be loaded. I put the seed down in the middle of a drought and fire ban. I’ve religiously watered the grass every day for 3 weeks. It definitely has grown a lot and I am happy that it has feed my turtle his greens.Buyer Beware! If you do not water in this seed early in the morning, every day for a few weeks the grass will not germinate. Do your part and you’ll have a Beautiful lawn. I will buy again in the future. Package came quick and was hassle free! Way cheaper than buying sod or sod plugs. Grass has proven to be very hardy and resilient to being driven on and walked on.

So, if you set yourself up for success, it will absolutely grow. I read all the other reviews and took what I learned and tweaked my application approach. I took Almighty 20-0-10 and spread it the day before and watered it in. Next day, took the seed, divided it into two buckets, put in top soil and black kow and then mix well. Spread evenly over your lawn and water 10-15 mins. I did this in the morning (8am) and then watered again at 5:30p for 15 minutes. If direct sun, Water every single day in this manner. If shade, once a day. Grass WILL grow (give it 2 weeks). You have to put in the work though. Once established, you can’t water normally. All grass seed will be this way (even the green coated seed from Home Depot). 4 stars because I estimate it was about 70% germination rate. But, less money than other brands and was still worth it. Again, ALL grass seed will require prep work and tweaking- you can’t just toss seed onto the soil and expect it to grow well.

I’ve been replacing my floratam grass with the pensacola Baha’i seed from seed ranch and so far the new grass islooking great.

Seed germination was spotty will try again in spring

I don’t ever review a product, and I’m not knowledgeable on grass seed, however this product worked great for me, I work a lot and have to hand water, I forgot days, birds ate some seed, it was windy a couple of day. But I got lush beautiful grass growing throughout my entire back yard due to this product after 2 weeks. I’ll continue to purchase from now on out.

Was not worth the money. Not one sprout

This grass seed has performed well for me in Central Florida. I use it to fill in bald patches in my yard. My soil is sandy so I first put down a thin layer of black dirt and then rake the seeds in and water. Each year after winter the grass comes in thicker than the year before.
