Monitor - Best one for WFH
The media could not be loaded. Monitor met my expectations. Speaker works great. Picture quality is awesome. 24 wide screen. Ease of installation. All is well.

Backlight bleeding, Suffering replacement
The media could not be loaded. I am suffering a lot after buying this product. It came defective with backlight bleeding on right side. When I contacted amazon they silently escaped by saying this is under brand warranty, so only brand can replace the product. It took me 2 days to reach out proper lenovo support channel. Support from lenovo is very pathetic. Their response and follow ups are not satisfying. It is been 20days, still i am waiting to replace my product. Never buy a product "replacement by brand", then you will suffer a lot. Their replacement process is tedious. Nowadays Amazon try to put such defective pieces to customer

Lenovo L24i-4A is an ideal monitor that supports both older and newer video connectors
I needed a monitor that supported both a VGA and HDMI ports and this monitor provided that combination. Overall I am pleased with the clarity of the display and 24" diagonal is adequate for using this monitor to view multiple windows applications. Apart from a 2-3mm black border on the top and sides, the display real estate spans the entire physical monitor. The bottom black border is larger around 8-9mm. I am a long time customer of Lenovo products and this monitor did not disappoint me.

Damaged product received. But denied to replace it

Refresh rate
Good if you use it for work purpose. The product detail specified upto 100 hz refresh rate but the reality is it's 60 hz. They should have been transparent about the product specification. Other thank that no other issues. The 2 rating is just because they were not honest in writing the correct product details.
